Glendora Fragua is known for her intricately incised pottery.  This is one of the earliest pieces of her work we have had in the gallery.  It is coil-built and the bottom is polished red. The top half has an asymmetric opening and it is painted on a matte surface. There are corn, feathers, and plant designs.  The piece is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  It is signed on the bottom "Glendora Daubs".
